สถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัยพีระยานาวินศูนย์ลำปาง
ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุกฤษ และท่านผู้หญิงมณฑินี มงคลนาวิน เป็นประธานในพิธีเปิด อาคารเรียน 80 ปี ศ.ดร.อุกฤษ มงคลนาวิน วันที่ 18 ตุลาคม 2557

รวมทั้งสิ้น 3,673,767.00 บาท (สามล้านหกแสนเจ็ดหมื่นสามพันเจ็ดร้อยหกสิบเจ็ดบาทถ้วน)
ประวัติ
แต่เดิมการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคซึ่งเป็นเจ้าของอาคาร จะทำการรื้อถอนอาคารนี้ออกไป แต่พระครูสิริปุญญาภิรัตน์ เจ้าอาวาสวัดศรีหลวง และ นายเฉลิมพล ถ้ำทอง ผู้ใหญ่บ้านหมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลแจ้ห่ม ได้นำงบประมาณของวัด จำนวน 35,000 บาท ประมูลอาคารจากการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค เพื่อนำมาเป็นสถานที่ในการเลี้ยงเด็ก
โดย นายเฉลิมพล ถ้ำทอง เห็นความเดือดร้อนของชาวบ้าน ที่ส่วนใหญ่มีฐานะยากจน ต้องประกอบอาชีพนอกบ้าน เช่น ทำไร่ ทำนา รับจ้าง ค้าขาย จึงไม่มีเวลาดูแลบุตรหลาน เด็กๆที่ผู้ปกครองไม่สามารถนำไปฝากเลี้ยง จึงมักวิ่งเล่นในละแวกนั้นหรือไม่ก็ต้องอยู่ตามลำพังที่บ้าน
นายเฉลิมพล ถ้ำทอง ผู้ใหญ่บ้านจึงทำหนังสือขอความอนุเคราะห์มายัง ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุกฤษ มงคลนาวิน ประธานกรรมการบริหารพีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ ขอให้จัดตั้งสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กก่อนวัยเรียนพีระยานาวิน ศูนย์ลำปางขึ้น โดยรองรับเด็กจากบ้านสา บ้านทุ่งปึ๋ง บ้านแป้น บ้านฮ่องลี่ บ้านม่วง บ้านสาแพะ อำเภอแจ้ห่มฯลฯ
ท่านประธานฯจึงเห็นสมควร และให้ความอนุเคราะห์ในด้านต่างๆ จนสามารถเปิดทำการเลี้ยงดูและพัฒนาเด็ก เมื่อวันที่ 10 มกราคม พ.ศ. 2543 และมีพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการเมื่อวันที่ 3 มีนาคม พ.ศ. 2543 โดยเปิดทำการเรื่อยมาจนถึงปัจจุบัน

- มีห้องเรียนจำนวน 3 ห้องเรียน มีจำนวนนักเรียนทั้งสิ้น 115 คน ชาย 70 คน หญิง 45 คน และครูจำนวน 10 คน
- ปัจจุบัน มีห้องเรียนจำนวน 3 ห้องเรียน มีจำนวนนักเรียนทั้งสิ้น 80 คน ชาย 40 คน หญิง 40 คน และครูจำนวน 10 คน
- สรุป จำนวนเด็กที่เข้ารับการเลี้ยงดูตั้งแต่เริ่มเปิดศูนย์ฯ จนถึงปัจจุบันจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 1,380 คน
ค่าก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงซ่อมแซม 24,262,941.50 บาท

Pierra Navin Nursery Lampang Center
History
The Provincial Electricity Authority which previously held the ownership of the Building, desired to demolish the Building; but Patriarch Siripunyabhirat, the Abbot of Sriluang Temple and Mr. Chalermphol Thamthong, the Village Head of Moo 1, Chaehom Subdistrict took the Temple’s budgets of approximately 35,000 Baht to bid to purchase such Building from the Provincial Electricity Authority so as to use as a nursery.
As Mr. Chalermphol Thamthong sees the difficulties of the local people most of whom are poor and have to go out home to work, such as working in the field, rice farming, being employed, being a merchant; they, therefore, cannot afford time to take care of their children and grandchildren. Those children who their parents cannot take to admit to any nurseries often play around their home or live alone in their house. Mr. Chalermphol Thamthong, the Village Head, consequently writes to Prof. Dr. Ukrit Mongkolnavin, the President of the Executive Committee of Pierra Maternity & Child Welfare Foundation, to request for support to establish Pierra Navin Nursery, Lampang Center so as to admit children from Sa Village, Thungpung Village, Paen Village, Hongli Village, Muang Village, Saphaeh Village, Chaehom District, etc., to the Nursery to be taken care of.
- Its inauguration on March 3,2000 was presided over by Patriarch Somdej Phra Buthacharn of srakes Rajavoraviharn Temple,Prof.Dr.Ukrit Mongkolnavin,Dr.Pira Manathas(the Governor of Lampang Province)
- It admitted the pupils for the fitst time on January 9,2000
- With 3 classrooms having total pupils of 115 persons,male 70 persons,female 45 persons and 10 teachers.
- Presently : There are 3 classrooms with total pupils of 80 persons,male 40 persons,female 40 persons and 10 teachers.
- Conclusion : Total number of children admitted to this center since its opening until present : 1,380 persons.
