พีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ สนับสนุนการก่อสร้างอาคารสำนักงาน และ อาคารโรงอาหาร สถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัยพีระยา นาวิน ศูนย์ศรีสะเกษ เป็นเงิน 300,000.- บาท (สามแสนบาทถ้วน)
ประวัติ
องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพนเขวา ผู้นำชุมชน และชาวบ้านมีความประสงค์และมีจิตศรัทธาอย่างแรงกล้า ได้เล็งเห็นความสำคัญของการศึกษาโดยเฉพาะการเลี้ยงดูและพัฒนาเด็กระดับปฐมวัย อายุ 2–6 ปี และ ได้รับทราบนโยบายของท่านประธานกรรมการบริหารพีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ จึงได้มีหนังสือถึงท่านประธานกรรมการบริหารพีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ เพื่อขอความอนุเคราะห์ในการจัดตั้งสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัยพีระยา นาวิน ขึ้นที่ตำบลโพนเขวา อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ตามหนังสือเลขที่ ศก.71001/39
ลงวันที่ 28 มกราคม 2545 โดยทางองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลโพนเขวา ได้ให้การสนับสนุนเรื่องอาคารเรียน และมีงบประมาณในการก่อสร้างอาคารเรียน และปรับปรุงอาคารเดิมให้เป็นที่เรียบร้อยเป็นจำนวนเงินทั้งสิ้น 564,600 บาท ซึ่งทางมูลนิธิได้ตอบรับและส่งเจ้าหน้าที่ลงมาสำรวจพื้นที่และเก็บข้อมูลเบื้องต้น เมื่อวันที่ 1 มิถุนายน 2545
ต่อมา ศาสตราจารย์ ดร.อุกฤษ มงคลนาวิน ท่านประธานกรรมการบริหารพีระยานุเคราะห์มูลนิธิ ได้พิจารณาเห็นสมควรให้ความอนุเคราะห์เปิดสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัยพีระยานาวิน อบต.โพนเขวา ศูนย์จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยรองรับเด็กนักเรียนจากหมู่บ้านใกล้เคียง คือ บ้านเหล่าแค บ้านโพนเขวา บ้านหนองแวง บ้านหนองเข็ง เป็นต้น
สถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กปฐมวัยพีระยานาวิน อบต.โพนเขวา ศูนย์ศรีสะเกษ เปิดทำการเลี้ยงดูและพัฒนาเด็กเมื่อวันที่ 4 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2546 และมีพิธีเปิดอย่างเป็นทางการวันที่ 18 กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ.2547

- เปิดทำการครั้งแรกวันที่ 4 กุมภาพันธ์ 2546
- มีห้องเรียนจำนวน 2 ห้องเรียน มีจำนวนนักเรียนทั้งสิ้น 66 คน ชาย 27 คน หญิง 39 คน และครูจำนวน 5 คน
- ปัจจุบัน มีห้องเรียนจำนวน 3 ห้องเรียน มีจำนวนนักเรียนทั้งสิ้น 99 คน ชาย 49 คน หญิง 50 คน และครูจำนวน 8 คน
- สรุป จำนวนเด็กที่เข้ารับการเลี้ยงดูตั้งแต่เริ่มเปิดศูนย์ฯ จนถึงปัจจุบันจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 482 คน
ค่าก่อสร้างและปรับปรุงซ่อมแซม 14,614,177.00 บาท
(ตั้งแต่เริ่มเปิดทำการ จนถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2557)

History
Phonkhewa Local Administration Organizationn, the Leader of the community and people of such community highly intend, trust and realize the importance of education especially the care-giving and development of the President of the Executive Committee of Pierra Maternity & Child Welfare Foundation; they, therefore, write the Letter Ref. MOE 71001/39 dated January 28, 2002 to the President requesting support to establish Pierra Navin Nursery at Phonkhewa Subdistrict, Muang District, Srisaket Province. In this connection, Phonkhewa Local Administration Organization supports the building with the allocated budgets in adding and modifying of the previous building in a total amount of 564,600 Baht. The Foundation accepts and sends its staff to survey and collect the preliminary information on June 1, 2002.
Subsequently, Prof. Dr. Ukrit Mongkolnavin, the President of the Executive Committee of Pierra Maternity & Child Welfare Foundation, then approves to support establishment of Pierra Navin Nursery, Phonkhewa Local Administration Organization, Srisaket center, on February 4, 2003 in order to admit pupils from the neighboring villages, namely Laokhae Village, Phonkhewa Village,Nongwaeng Village, Nongkheng Village, etc.

- Its inauguration on July 18 ,2004
- was presided over by Prof.Dr.Ukrit Mongkolnavin.
- It admitted the pupils for the fitst time on February 4,2003
- Presently : There are 3 classrooms with total pupils of 99 persons,male 49 persons,female 50 persons and 8 teachers.
- Conclusion : Total number of children admitted to this center since its opening until present : 482 persons
